• Papaya Salad: Grated papaya is tossed with cherry tomatoes, lime, long bean, carrots and fermented fish sauce, then topped with pork rinds, shrimp crackers and peanuts.
• Lao Sausage Combo: Two herbal pork Lao sausages come with a side of sticky rice and homemade Jeo Som sauce.
• BBQ Mix Combo: A pork sausage, a wagyu skewer and a chicken thigh skewer come with sticky rice, spicy house sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
• Larb Ribeye Salad: BBQ ribeye is mixed with fermented fish sauce, ground rice powder, cilantro and fried onions, then garnished with lettuce, cucumber and Thai chilis.
